Information:

The Party Wall Act clarifies the law regarding building works in relation to boundaries.

Advice:

Do Not build on or over neighbouring land without obtaining owners consent.

Do Not carry out work to a party wall, or place foundations under neighbouring land or build near neighbouring  buildings without first serving notice under the Party Wall Act.

 

 

 

During my site survey:

Issues relevant to proposed building works in relation to boundaries and the Party Wall Act will be discussed.  The necessary documentation, forms being provided.
