(C) Extension 40 to 60 square metres internal floor area £150.00 £427.49 = £ 577.49
(D) Extension 60 to 80 square metres internal floor area £150.00 £532.50 = £ 682.50
Extension over 80 square metres internal floor area are based on builders estimate.
For alterations to an existing building which are not part of an extension, the fee's are based on builders estimate:-
- £ 0 to £ 1,000 = £117.50 nil
- £ 1,001 to £ 2,000 = £176.25 nil
- £ 2,001 to £ 5,000 = £235.00 nil
- £ 5,001 to £ 6,000 = £246.75 nil
