DRAINAGE COSTS:

       will be incurred if you build within three metres of a  public sewer:-

                     -      £315 if diameter of sewer pipe is 150mm (6") or less;

                     -      £630 if diameter of sewer pipe is 225mm (9") or more.

Ask: is sewer 'public' or private?  What size?  What depth?

When building parallel to a  Thames water public sewer, foundations must be horizontally a minimum of one metre away, however sewer may be bridged at 90 degree's.
