If an Architect / Agent is confident in their 'advice and quality of service'
i.e. - achieving the approvals as indicated during their survey
Why 'not' charge once plans are approved ?
If an Architect / Agent insists on you paying prior to approval of your application ?
Would he be likely to prioritize 'new works' (where payment is about to be received)
before your ongoing application where no payment incentive remains ?
