Typical project involves:

     Onsite measured survey.

Scaled Plans of existing:

     (a) Ground floor;
     (b) First floor;
     (c) Elevations;
     (d) Obtain Ordnance Survey map.

Scaled Planning and Building Control drawings of proposed:

     (a) Ground floor plan;
     (b) First floor plan;
     (c) Elevations;
     (d) Site plan showing garden boundaries;
     (e) Section’s through existing and proposed;
     (f) Roof and floor timber plans;
     (g) Structural calculations;
     (h) Constructions notes.

Scales are normally 1:50 & 1:100 & 1:200 & 1:500 & 1:1250 as relevant.

Not all of the above is always relevant.

     Complete Planning and Building Control forms and submit applications.
     Liaise with Planning and Building Control and amend Plans as necessary.
     Communicate with Thames water on your behalf if necessary.
     Advise / provide you with Party Wall Act notice etc.
     There can be other work such as Highway issues and perhaps an appeal to the Planning Inspectorate etc.

The main point is I do not charge until you have your approvals!
